Do I need a consultation before treatment?

Yes - every new client begins with a detailed consultation. This allows us to assess your face holistically, discuss your goals, and tailor a treatment plan that’s safe, appropriate, and aligned with your aesthetic preferences. We never rush this process

Why aren’t prices listed on your website?

Due to advertising regulations in Australia, we can’t publicly display pricing for certain treatments. However, we can provide you with a guide privately — just send us a message or book a consultation to learn more.

I’ve never done anything like this before - how do I know I can trust you?

You're not alone - many of our clients felt the same way at first. What sets Alira Aesthetics apart is our holistic, nurse-led approach. You won’t be rushed, upsold, or pressured. Your safety, comfort, and confidence are our priorities. We focus on education, and every decision is made together.

Can I be treated on the same day?

In many cases, yes. If you're medically suitable and happy to proceed after your consultation, treatment may be offered on the same day. However, this will always depend on the treatment type and your medical history.

How do I know what’s right for me?

That’s exactly what we cover in your consultation. We assess your skin, facial expressions, and structure — then guide you through treatment options that suit your lifestyle, goals, and budget. Education is part of every appointment.

What happens if I don’t like the results?

Before we treat, we work through a full-face plan, discuss your goals and expectations in depth, and explain what’s realistic. By doing this groundwork, we reduce the risk of any surprises. That said, if something doesn’t feel right post-treatment, we always offer support and review your satisfaction matters deeply.

    When you book an appointment, we collect the following details:

    We collect your personal information for purposes including:

    Managing and confirming bookings

    Billing, invoicing, and processing refunds

    Providing follow-up care and aftercare

    Meeting legal and regulatory requirements in New South Wales

    4. How We Store and Protect Information

    All records are stored securely through JUVAE 360, which is privacy-compliant.

    Records are strictly confidential and accessed only by Nurse Julia and the Juv’ae medical team.

    Information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties, except when required by law.

    5. Disclosure of Information

    Your information may be disclosed if:

    It is required by law, court order, or audit; or

    It is necessary to comply with medical and prescribing regulations.

    7. Data Retention

    As required under New South Wales law, client records are securely stored for a minimum of seven years

  • 1. Booking & Fees

    • All bookings are made through our online booking system

    • A $50 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the cost of your treatment.

    • By booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.

    2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

    • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

    • Late cancellations or non-attendance will result in forfeiture of your booking fee.

    • Repeated cancellations may affect your ability to book future appointments.

    3. Appointment Policies

    • Please arrive on time to ensure the full consultation and treatment can be carried out.

    • If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened or rescheduled, and your booking fee may be forfeited.

    4. Refunds

    • Alira Aesthetics does not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with results.

    • Booking fees are strictly non-refundable.

    • Package purchases are non-transferable and must be used by the named client.

    5. Medical Suitability

    • All treatments require a consultation to assess suitability.

    • Treatments will not proceed if contraindications are present. The final decision rests with the treating nurse/medical team.

    • Outcomes vary and results cannot be guaranteed.

    7. Legal & Liability

    • All treatments are provided by a Registered Nurse under the supervision of a prescribing doctor.

    • Alira Aesthetics is fully insured for all services provided.

    • By booking, you acknowledge and accept that no treatment results can be guaranteed, and you release Alira Aesthetics from liability for adverse outcomes, except as required by law.
