Hi, I’m Julia, a Registered Nurse and the founder of Alira Aesthetics.
I spent years in hospital nursing before moving into aesthetics, and I brought that standard of care with me. I opened Alira after hearing too many stories of rushed appointments, trend-driven treatments and results that didn’t look natural.

Here, every treatment starts with a proper consultation. I look at your whole face, explain the why behind every recommendation, and build a plan around your goals, your budget and your pace. If a slower approach or no treatment is the better option, I’ll tell you honestly.
